Column And Facia Switches
Lighting switch prises from the driver facia, window and mirror pads in the door trim, clutch switch twists out, handbrake switch under the console.
Battery First
Disconnect the battery negative lead before any switch comes out. Reconnect after the switch is home.
Lighting Control
With a plastic or wooden tool, depress the catch at the top of the lighting switch and carefully prise the switch and surround from the driver facia. Unplug as the panel comes free. Do not scar the facia.
Column Stalks
Full assembly path needs the wheel off, lower facia panel off, three screws in the lower column shroud, upper shroud unclipped, then the switch pack slides off the column after its clips release. A single left or right stalk can come out of the pack once the shrouds are off: release the catch, slide the stalk, unplug.
Window And Mirror Pads
Door inner trim off. Driver pad: three screws. Other door pads: two screws. Unplug and lift the switch from the trim.
Clutch Pedal Switch
Driver lower facia panel off. Twist the switch a little in its pedal bracket and pull it free, then unplug.
Handbrake Warning Switch
Centre console off for access to the lever. Unplug, one screw, switch off. Before the console goes back, pull the lever: the lamp should light between the first and second ratchet clicks.
Hazard and seat-heat switches come off the heater control panel after that panel is out (two screws). Heated rear window, blower and air-con switches that are built into the climate head unit are not separate parts. Stop-lamp switch work lives with the brakes. Courtesy switching is inside the door, boot or tailgate lock assemblies.
