5W/30 to Jaguar WSS-M2C913, orange Motorcraft coolant, Super DOT 4, Dexron III, petrol oil 6.0 L, coolant 10.0 L, tank 61.5 L.

Engine Oil

Petrol: multigrade SAE 0W/30, 5W/30, 0W/40 or 5W/40 to Jaguar WSS-M2C913-A or B. 5W/30 is the one to reach for. Do not pour 15W/40, 15W/50 or 20W/50; the V6 does not want that viscosity, and some additives push it the same way.

Diesel: SAE 5W/30 to Jaguar WSS-M2C913-B.

Petrol fill with filter: 6.0 litres. Stick MIN to MAX: 0.75 to 1.0 litre. Drain plug 25 Nm. Diesel uses a cartridge in a plastic housing on the front of the block; new cover O-ring, and the drain-plug seal is part of the plug, so the plug is new each time.

Coolant

Motorcraft Super Plus 2000, orange, Jaguar WSS-M97B44. At 40 percent mix the slush point is about -25 C, solid at about -30 C. Petrol system 10.0 litres. It stays in all year. Water alone is not a top-up.

Gearboxes And Axle

Manual: Jaguar WSD-M2C200-C. 5-speed 1.9 L, 6-speed 1.75 L. Filler/drain 45 Nm (5-speed) or 35 Nm (6-speed).
Automatic, 5-speed: WSS-M2C922-A1. Drain plug 45 Nm, test plug 15 Nm.
Automatic, 6-speed: C2S-51628. Filler plug 40 Nm, test plug 7 Nm.
Petrol auto fill: 8.8 litres.
Transfer case: 0.5 litre, synthetic M2C192-A.
Rear final drive: 1.15 litres.

Brakes, Clutch, Steering

Brake and clutch share Super DOT 4, paraffin-free, Jaguar ESA-M6C25-A. Power steering is Dexron III. Fuel tank 61.5 litres.
